Maceline is the Program Manager of Mashambanzou Care Trust. She has worked in the health sector for the past 15 years, with 8 years as a senior manager. She is a Critical Care nurse who holds a BSc in Nurse Education from Bindura University of Science Education. She is passionate about HIV care and has a certificate in advanced HIV care and treatment, and has a Post Grad Diploma in Healthcare Quality Assurance.
She's also keen on research, certified in Mixed Methodology and Data Analysis (EMCAD), has a certificate in Good Clinical practice with NIDA clinical Trials Network. She holds a master's in Biostatistics and Epidemiology with Midlands State University, a BSc special honors in Monitoring and Evaluation from Lupane State University.
Maceline is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy and Development Management with Lupane State University and a Masters in international Cooperation and Humanitarian aid with Kalu Institute (Spain).
