Enock Musungwini
Executive Director

Enock Musungwini

An award-winning public health specialist, health manager, development practitioner and health systems researcher. Mr Musungwini holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the UK, completed under the Chevening Scholarship, where received the Amanda Jaclyn Berger price for his MSc thesis. He also holds a Master of Business Administration, BSc Honours in Psychology, a Diploma in General Nursing, and postgraduate certificates in health management and leadership, health research ethics, change management and public health leadership. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Health with UNICAF University, focusing on health policy and financing. He previously served as Programme Manager at Pangaea Zimbabwe between August 2021 and July 2026. He is also a visiting lecturer in the Department of Family and Health Sciences at the Women's University in Africa. Mr Musungwini is an Associate Member of the Royal Society for Public Health UK, UK Faculty of Public Health the American Society for Tropical Medicine and Hygiene among others. He served on steering committees for Healthcare Information for all (UK), the Africa Evidence Network, the INGSA  Africa Steering Committee and the Climate Sensitive Infectious Diseases Network. He received the Africa Evidence Leadership Award (2024), Chevening Volunteers Gold Award from the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London (2019), LSHTM Amanda Jacklyn Berger Prize (2020), HIFA Country Representative of the year (2024), Pangea Zimbabwe Growth and Innovation and Brand Ambassador Awards ( 2023), and the Zimbabwe Achievers Global award in Public Health Leadership and Advocacy ( 2025). He has authored, peer- reviewd publications, opnion pieces and blogs, and has presented adstracts at national, regional, and international conferences .

A holder of a Masters in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance. Graduateship of Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICAZ) Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree. Diploma in Business and Accounting Studies (IBAS).
